Keynote sessions and select technical talks will be recorded and made available to Premium and VIP pass holders after the event. Workshop sessions are typically not recorded to maintain their interactive nature.

Registration & Pricing

Early bird pricing (until Feb 1): Standard Pass $299, Premium Pass $499, VIP Pass $799. Regular pricing: Standard $399, Premium $599, VIP $899. All passes include meals, materials, and networking events.

Standard includes all sessions and meals. Premium adds workshop access, priority seating, VIP events, and session recordings. VIP includes everything plus front-row seating, private speaker dinner, concierge service, and premium gifts.

Yes! Students receive 50% off Standard passes with valid student ID. Email student@orca-trade.io with proof of enrollment for your discount code.

Limited on-site registration may be available, but we strongly recommend registering in advance as the event often sells out. On-site pricing is 25% higher than regular rates.

Full refund available 60+ days before event. 50% refund 30-60 days before. No refunds within 30 days. All cancellations subject to $25 processing fee. Contact registration@orca-trade.io for cancellations.

Yes, registrations can be transferred to another person up to 7 days before the event for a $50 transfer fee. Both parties must complete the transfer form on our website.

Venue & Travel

Tech Convention Center is located at 456 Innovation Drive, San Francisco, CA 94105. It's in the SOMA district, walking distance from Montgomery BART station and numerous hotels and restaurants.

Yes, the venue has an on-site parking garage with 500+ spaces. Parking is $25/day. Valet service is available for VIP pass holders. We also recommend public transportation as BART and Muni stops are nearby.

Yes, we have special rates at The Innovation Hotel ($199/night) and Tech District Suites ($179/night). Use code "ORCADEX2024" when booking. Rates are limited and expire February 15, 2027.

From SFO: Take BART to Montgomery Station (30 min, $10), then walk 5 minutes. Taxi/Uber costs $40-60. VIP pass holders receive complimentary airport transfer - contact concierge for scheduling.

Yes, the Tech Convention Center is fully ADA compliant with wheelchair accessibility, elevators, accessible restrooms, and reserved seating areas. Contact us for specific accessibility needs.

We follow current local health guidelines. The venue has enhanced ventilation, sanitizing stations throughout, and flexible policies for virtual attendance if needed. Updates will be sent to registered attendees.

Technical Information

Yes, high-speed WiFi is provided throughout the venue. Network credentials will be shared at registration. We also have dedicated networks for speakers and workshops requiring higher bandwidth.

Bring your laptop with Node.js, Git, and a code editor installed. Specific requirements will be emailed to workshop participants 1 week before the event. Power outlets are available at all seats.

Keynote sessions will be live streamed for virtual attendees. Workshop sessions and networking events are in-person only. Premium and VIP pass holders get access to session recordings.

We have dedicated demo areas in the exhibition hall. Contact demos@orca-trade.io to reserve a demo slot. Priority is given to sponsors and innovative Solana projects.

Yes, the Orca-Trade mobile app will be available 2 weeks before the event. It includes the full schedule, speaker profiles, venue maps, networking features, and real-time updates.

Sessions will cover Anchor framework, Solana CLI tools, Web3.js, Rust programming, testing frameworks, and various IDEs. Many tool creators will be presenting and available for Q&A.
